I believe herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables should always be given importance in our everyday diet.<br /><br />In my case, even though I mostly eat the <a href="http://cebuanddavao.com/2010/03/24/the-delectable-food-in-davao/" rel="nofollow">Davao food</a>, the food in my city in the Philippines, which are mostly grilled tuna and tuna ceviche, I still see to it to include raw garlic in my diet. Burnt parts of food, which is seen in grilled recipes is known to have carcinogens, a chemical that can cause cancer.
